A dream in your heart {Oregon Coast Photographer}

Daydreaming.  I'm good at that.  Always have been.  When the math assignment was being passed out I was the one that missed the full instructions. Were we doing all the odd problems or just the even numbered ones....  That explains why I suck- and I do mean suck at math.

The older I get though I find that in the midst of my wishing and dreaming I stop myself.  Maybe it's because I don't want to be let down if something doesn't come into fruition.  I long for different qualities in myself, I wish for great opportunities and dream of breakthroughs.  Then I stop.  I refocus on finishing the laundry.  Making the bed and getting on with the normal work load ahead of me.

I tell the kids to dream and then I tell myself not to.  At least not as much.  I mask this negativity and call it maturity.  Liar. This is not what I wanted to be when I was 'immature' I wanted to always dream.  To expect great things.  So I am putting myself out there and sharing with you what I {almost} made myself stop dreaming about this morning.

For the Love of Love.    Even the name gives me goosebumps.  Researching the workshop I found this:

"For the Love is not like any other workshop.  It’s designed as an all-inclusive spiritual retreat with the benefits of a photography workshop. At For the Love, you will encounter God in a deep way while learning from successful photographers who rely on God for creative inspiration. You will have a chance to get away from the constant demand of your career and seek God over your business in a quiet, secluded location.  You will not only draw inspiration from fellow photographers, believers, and friends, but also draw inspiration from the creator of creativity…God.  This workshop will renew your mind, refresh your spirit, and rejuvenate your creativity. You will remember why you signed up for this amazing career. You will remember that it was all for the love. For the love of God… the love of life… the love of photography.        It’s all For the Love."

I feel like this workshop was made!  Excuse me while my eyes gloss over and I dream.....
